Currently, we are actively seeking resumes for the following positions: Bookkeeper, Maintenance Technician.


BOOKKEEPER
Must have basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required in this position due to frequent client interaction, both internal and external. Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude a must.

CARPENTER--MAINTENANCE DIVISION
Experienced in all areas of carpentry for residental repair. Must have tools, good communication skills, and neat appearance. Uniforms, two-way radios provided. Salary based on experience. Emergency on-call rotates among all maintenance personnel.

EPA-CERTIFIED HVAC TECHNICIAN--MAINTENANCE DIVISION
Experienced, reliable, HVAC technician. Vehicle provided. Must have tools, good communication skills, and neat appearance. Uniforms, two-way radios provided. Salary based on experience. Emergency on-call rotates among all maintenance personnel.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE--MAINTENANCE DIVISION
Experienced HVAC certified tech and experienced general maintenance tech. Professional appearance, quality work and skills a must. Must have own truck and tools. We provide mileage reimbursement and uniforms.

LEASING-RESIDENTIAL
Seeking candidate with professional appearance, friendly, out-going attitude with excellent computer and people skills a must for this fast- paced leasing office. Must be able to handle busy multi-line telephone and type a mininum of 45 to 50 wpm. Ability to work unsupervised a big plus! Great opportunity for advancement. Base salary, plus commission and lease renewal fee.

PROPERTY MANAGER
Seeking highly motivated, experienced Real Estate professional to manage a prestigious portfolio of properties. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, computer experience and a strong desire to grow. Excellent opportunity for advancement.
